The field crew app Prototype · sample data

What Ramon sees on his phone. One job, one big button at a time - the paperwork happens by itself.

Simple on the surface. Busy underneath.

The crew never fills in a form, never sees a PO, never types a status. Every big button quietly does the paperwork - and the office view updates live. Click through the phone, or jump to a screen.

Why it looks like this
One decision per screen. A delivery-driver app, not enterprise software. If a screen needs explaining, it failed.
Photos are the workflow, not an attachment. Arrival and completion photos are required and matched to the order - Inframark’s MSA rule, made automatic.
The PO rides along invisibly. “Add what you used” is the crew’s entire interaction with purchasing. Caps, GL codes and approvals stay in the office view.
Big targets, big type. 60px buttons, 16px+ text, gloves-on friendly. Works one-handed in an equipment room.
